“I had a cold shower !!!”

“We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. “Stayed 2 nights; the rooms carpet looked new, had a good smell. The rooms were very basic but in accordance with room cost but very clean & good smell as well. Rooms had microwave, fridge, coffe maker, etc. everything worked. Most of all I liked how quiet at night & day it was through the whole hotel & I liked the smell like new. ”

“House keeping wasn’t done cleaning our room by the check in time and we had to wait another 20min to get in the room.The door to my room was difficult to open and close, house keeping didn’t get to our room until 5pm the next day when we were trying to hang out before dinner. Overall a very meh experience but you get what you pay for. ”

“Strong fragrance smell , on the bed something bite me can’t really sleep! Overall everything else are good! Walmart walk distance, 24hrs restaurant in walking distance.”
