Hotel a Mesquite

“I recently stayed at the IHG Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Mesquite and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Before arriving, I called the hotel to confirm my check-in details and was told that the earliest I could check in would be 1:00 PM. We actually arrived a little before then, but we waited until 1:00 as instructed. Once 1:00 came, I was then told that only 1 of the 3 suites I booked would be available. “While the overall hotel was very clean I would definitely not stay at this location again. We are in the Mesquite area often and this was our first time at Hampton Inn & Suites. Overall horrible staff. I’ve never felt more UNwelcomed at a hotel. We arrived early and my husband wasn’t feeling well so we requested to check in. We absolutely wanted to pay, it was 2 hours early. We received eye rolls, a lecture from 2 employees and told to check back. We then asked if it was ok to at least sit in...

“Had to pay a 100 dollar deposit when we got there . Didn't say in the reservation. Just blinded sided it”

“The room and property were clean. Breakfast items were very lean (no much to choose from). My only problem was the air conditioner unit. It was very loud and kept turning on and off too often. The indoor pool area was great!”

“Comparatively all in all, this is one of the better hotels you can stay in especially for extended periods of time the staff is great everything you need is local grocery stores laundromats convenient very good place”

“Call and asked if they had a pool and was told yes but got there and it was closed. Room was hot and uncomfortable because it was well after midnight till the air conditioner finally got room cool.”
