Dirty Rooms. Aterrible Room Service... i found the trash of the previous client in my room and several drinks were missing ... so..., Unprofessional Service and Staff (even if they were kind), Poor Breakfast in a small salon. I have changed twice the room in 4 days as Nothing was working and I had to call 5 times the Technicians of the hotel to fix several things in the Room ... in particoular the WC , the bidet and the shower did not work ... snd in both the room that I have changed ... and I am talking of the Suites ... The curtains in the second room were broken or missing... After all these adventures, I hoped to get a reward to apologiges about everything ... but ... nothing ! The last surprise have been 120 usd to pay at the check out ... when Expedia wrote in the contract that all expenses were included in the price !!! I could continue ... but I think that it is enough !

I was extremely disappointed in this property! Upon check in I was given a dirty room and then they tried to give me another one to move me into! I then had to go all the way back to the front desk for a resolve after an extremely long flight! Room service never answers and when I finally placed an order with the front desk attendant they got it wrong! Not to mention I was overcharged! $61 for guac and chicken tenders and fries😒?? Like be so for real! the only thing good about this hotel is the location! It was close to everything. Honorable mention, Steven the bellhop supervisor ! He was really the only helpful staff member and he definitely went above and beyond for us ! Steven is the only reason this place gets 1 star because honestly I would give it zero! 👎

It is a great location to explore the museums and such downtown. The valet is easy and the view is great. The front desk at check in wasn’t super informative that one of the main restaurants was not open nor was the pool bar. The one place to eat had poor service. Three people were standing around with only one person taking orders. It took over 20 minutes to put our order in. There wasn’t much in the way of hot water. But the room was comfortable!

The location was the best. I didnt like the "urban fee" and the complexity about it. I didnt like that the toilet room doesnt have lock and that the shower room the door is clear.

The staff was excellent and we really enjoyed the fitness center and pool area, especially the hot tub and cold plunge. The restaurant was also very good. Only downside was that our room could've used some TLC, as it was lacking a few items we've come to expect from nice hotels.

Given the downtown location, noise is inevitable, for which the design of the hotel has to accommodate and mitigate. I found the noise created by the adjacent highway to be excessive and constant, (day and night). The use of so much glass and aluminum in the finish of the rooms, without the ability to block out the lights at night, makes the stay less than ideal and not restful.

I loved this place and I had an amazing view. I gave 4 stars on staff & service because they took forever bringing towels. They only had 1 wash rag, 1 hand rag and 1 towel. I at least need 1 was rag for my face and body.

Everything was amazing. Although I do have some recommendations to fix for future guests. The bed was tented and not the most comfortable and too low to the floor and room service is until 10 pm only which means if you’re hungry after 10 pm you will either need to go get the food or order through Uber eats etc. Everything else was excellent. And the experience one of a kind. The pool has heaters which was amazing because it was a little cold out. And bar by the pool has amazing food and drinks. I would definitely recommend.

Poor service from check in until checkout. Bars not open when they should’ve been according to posted hours, in room TV wouldn’t work half the time. Front desk/room service would take 10 min to answer when calling from the room phone. (Gave up and used DoorDash during duration of stay…) Not the service I had been expecting for what they claim to be a 5 star hotel.

We chose the Gabriel Miami for the location and the fact that it was a Hilton property which we always associate with high quality. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming; however the room was disappointing with "eco-friendly" lighting features that did not work properly and we discovered that there was only 1 towel left in the room for use. We further discovered that there was just 1 half used roll of toilet paper left for us and we never got any housekeeping service in the 2 days we were there which was supposed to be included. I did communicate this to the front desk staff as we were leaving and they acknowledged that is was unacceptable and offered us some Hilton points. All in all I'd have to rate it as an underwhelming hotel experience.

I did not like the fact that they charged me for stuff i didnt use from the mini bar and when i called the front desk they were rude. They lied and tried to charge me 26$ for 2 waters. I did not like the fact that the room was very run down and not what i expected at all. The only good thing about it was the balcony view. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. Everything else outside the hotel was nice. They really try to make it seem better than it looks but i was very surprised at the run down condition. I definitely feel like they need to do some remodeling and repairs. If u like luxury places do yourself a favor and dont stay at the Gabriel

The hotel needs renovation ASAP. The pictures are too pretty for what you will get. The bathroom is a mess, a very uncomfortable bath. I won't recommend this hotel at all.

The only issue I have is that the bathrooms in the rooms needs to be updated. Also the food at the restuarant is not good and also the drinks are expensive.

The hotel is attractive and well located, and it offers valet parking. There’s a fair amount of traffic noise because a major highway or two are very close by.

Below standard. Unfortunately.
Check in was seamless. Had to call for shower robe and slippers, which should have already been available for use. Room was not equip with standard of a suppose 5 star hotel. Standard toiletries were not available and there was not enough towels initially provided on the stay. Additional towels were requested and did not arrive, they had to be rerequested the next morning. Room was not cleaned despite having left at an early hour and no signage of do not disturb was posted. Positive - well equip gym, modern facilities and convenient location.
