“I didn't get the room I paid for. I killed a few roaches. I won't be staying there again.”

“I got the jacuzzi room in which it didn't even work , my room was already used by someone else and not even cleaned when I arrived. I contacted the front desk which for me absolutely no.where! Worst experience ever!”

“Despite reading poor reviews, I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. Reviews were right. The room was clean enough, but bed sheets were old, pillows old, comforter had burned holes from smoking I imagine, but did not smell like smoke. I didn’t complain because “You pay for what you get.” Breakfast was nonexistent, only 3 little sad muffins. They really need to erase “Breakfast” from their advertising. I wish I could have cancelled as soon as I walked in, but it was too...

However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). The staff was very friendly and the clean room puts it high on my satisfaction.”

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

“Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for local dining. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortably sized with a great bed perfect after long days at the park. Location is convenient, just a short drive to Kings Island and plenty of restaurants nearby.”
