“Worn out linen very old , dirty blanket ,old uncomfortable matress ,chair riped off leather , no staff electronic check in over screen .Never stay again ”

“We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only”

“This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. I saved this in my list of best hotels. Believe me you will not be disappointed. ”

“Breakfast options where very nice, the parking was a little sketchy because the lights where very dim”

“The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”

“Yes the breakfast was great Dinner was great last night. Staff was very friendly and polite The room was clean beside behind the 2 end tables on the floor . Other wise than that , it was great. And the hot tub felt great on mine and my wife's body. Thank you & God Bless ”

“This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make...

“ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). When we asked to be transferred to another room, staff indicated the room we were in was the best one they had. We were moved to an adjacent identical room. The doors...

“The room was clean. Staff was fine. Our tub held water and did not drain properly. The usb plugs next to the beds did not work. There was a loud group staying on the floor above us, and there was stomping and yelling and kids knocking on our door and running down the halls well after 11pm. We usually stay here when visiting family, but this is the last time we will stay here. It has gone downhill recently.”

“The hotel and staff was very nice and in a safe area. My only issue was that the beds and pillows weren’t comfortable for me. Too firm and hard to sleep on. ”

“The property around the hotel was littered with trash. Inside, there were several broken windows around the pool. Behind the center table between the queen beds was filthy! Behind the TV was filthy! There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running.”
