Hotel vicino a Michiana Beach - New Buffalo

“The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and the amenities were plentiful.”

“Our stay was good overall. The rooms were a little musty smelling, couldn’t figure out why. Everything was clean though, no other complaints.”

“When we got there, EVERYTHING was broke, from the elevator, the pool, the hot tub, the ice machine,& the vending machines. And we paid for the amenities. And the man at the desk told us the elevator was out, we would have to take the stairs, our room would be on the 3rd floor, it only had three floors(By the way I take breathing treatments). Didn't give us any money back or ask if we would like different accommodations for the elevator being out, just told us to use the back door, & other...

“First the hotel was clean our room needed to be more clean so we requested it to be cleaned with new sheets and bedding, the stuff was extra nice when asked for our room to be cleaned again because the cleaning stuff didn’t it do a great job and I did speak to the manager and they took care it of right away, the breakfast was okay not great they ran out of food and only one person was working with the breakfast she did bring out more food tho but not great options tho , would like to see more...

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”

“Good place to stay — simple, clean, and friendly. If you need a clean place for a night without luxury expectations, this works perfectly. The breakfast was basic, so don’t expect anything elaborate. Overall, I’m very particular about cleanliness, and I had no issues eating breakfast there, taking a shower, or sleeping comfortably in the bed. Very pleased with my stay.”

“We were staying with our pet and the room that gave us was smelling awful. It was smelling like mold and the bathroom was smelling urine. Then they changed our room and told us that the dogs would cause the smell in the room. The new room was not smelly but it was not clean. The whole room was dusty, there were drinks from previous guests in the fridge. The floors were stained in the bathroom etc.. I do not understand why they think people who travel with their pet do not deserve sanitary...

“The ad says that the room slept five. When we got there, there was one king size bed, and one full bed . There were four of us guys and not too many guys want to sleep together in a full-size bed. And the staff said that the king size bed would sleep three. I don’t know too many people that sleep three in a bed. That advertising is deceptive. They didn’t offer to give us any other cots or couches or anything because they didn’t have any.”

“Hotel standard, camera con tutti i servizi, moquette. Area hall piccola è adibita alla mattina per la colazione poco spazio e pochi tavoli, colazione classifica. Personale cordiale. Comodo ai servizi di ristorazione e centri commerciali. Vicino al Parco nazionale Dune.”
