“The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. When we arrived, there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and there were crumbs and debris under the desk that made it clear the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before check-in. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the hotel was just average overall. The room amenities also felt outdated, with only an older coffee maker...
