“The rooms were clean as usual, the staff is always great. We had a great stay and we especially like the shuttle buses that run to the Brown County Music Center for the concerts. We just wished you could get food after the concerts. ”

“Posh hotel was amazing! I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. It was nice, cozy and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I came in from out of town to handle family business. This hotel will definitely be the go to spot when I’m in Bloomington, Indiana. Exquisite atmosphere and excellent hospitality. Worth every penny spent. I didn’t even want to go home. Complimentary breakfast each day we stayed was a huge plus as well. Happy with our stay is an understatement.”

“Was in and out of the property upon check-in within about two minutes flat. Communication has been poor about a full refund. Upon walking in, we were greeted with hair all over the toilet and in the bathtub and shower, as well as when pulling down the bed when the owner asked me if the beds were at least made, there was also hair in the bed. I don’t know if it was some kind of prank, but it was horrific. I am still waiting to hear on the refund. ”
