Secure location, the room was big and clean, everything ok with small exceptions, just half or role of toilet paper and left side bed lamp missing switch

“Really pleased I picked this place for the 3 of us to stay. It was clean and perfect for us. There is a kitchen with fridge, oven and hob and a kettle if you should need them. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. There was ample free parking outside. We were attending a show in Stoke on Trent and it was just under £10 for a taxi to the theatre. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a clean and comfortable place to stay. ”

“It’s a deserted, a haunted place where only drug addicts may feel happy. Rooms are having bad smells, poor quality of furniture. It is not worth to stay. Don’t try it, you will repent. We cancelled our booking upon seeing all these conditions. Go better to the nearby travelogue. ”

“Duds a full refit plaster coming off walls wires coming out of walls room was not ready when arrived ask to look at rooms they where in clean then they asked to come back in a hour as they got a family room ready for us so left and when somewhere else!!!! Should not bee open or a be advertised ”

“The property needs a serious overhaul looking very dated in decoration.
Old wall paper on the walls with marking on the paper , carpets need a refresh , small tv which needs to be replaced with a new tv on the wall.
Bathroom shower worked but needs a new shower as i couldnt properly turn the shower off after use.
Minamul tea facilities in room.
Veru poor standard of accommodation but it was quite cheap hotel .
