“Sinceramente, non sono abituato a dare voti negativi, ma il servizio davvero inesistente. Camere pulite, in generale struttura pulita, ma antica e con un po’ di scomodità.. per questi motivi trovo il prezzo troppo alto..”

Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room".
