“First thing I had to do was clean off the air conditioner. It was full of dirt. The floors were not even swept. The bathroom was clean and the sink was clean and there were clean towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was off and it took several hours to cool the room. The only staff I saw was the man who checked us in. “AC worked but the room had an overwhelming smell of the cleaner Fabulosa. It was sickening. I asked for another room and was told it be the next day. By 2am I my lungs were burning and I demanded to move. The I was told it had never bothered anyone else before. He made it my fault.”
