“Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, hatten jedoch einen schönen Aufenthalt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und es war sauber. Das Bett fanden wir etwas unbequem/sehr weich, das ist natürlich allerdings Geschmackssache. Für alle, die die Sauna nutzen möchten wäre anzumerken, dass diese sehr klein ist! Wir hatten immer einen Platz, waren jedoch nicht zur Hauptreisezeit da. Der Außenbereich der Sauna war toll - dieser könnte jedoch ein klein wenig sauberer gehalten werden (die Liegen etc.). Trotzdem möchten...

“Ein richtig tolles Hotel, direkt am Medembogen. Super Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, bezahlbares und leckeres Abendmenü. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Kleiner Fitnessraum, Kanuverleih. Gegenüber befindet sich das Sole Bad mit schönem Saunagarten und vielen Saunen. Zu Fuß ist man in 25 Minuten am Elbdeich. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. ”

“We had a great, short family vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and very clean, and the food in the restaurant delicious. The only bummer was that the pool wasn't open. There is an ice cream parlor and a small shop in walking distance, and it was just a short walk to the beach, too. We would stay again!”

“Wir sind insgesamt zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles, wonach ich fragte (z.B. Haartrockner), ist mir direkt zur Verfügung gestellt worden. Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist Internetverbindung - die gab entweder sehr schwach oder überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Wenn man beim Aufenthalt im Hotel etwas beruflich machen muss bzw. Telefonieren, ist es ein Problem. Sonst danke schön! Angemessene Qualität für einen guten Preis. ”

“Absolut zufrieden mit Hotel und Kurz-Aufenthalt. Zimmer mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Sehr wohltuender „alter Luxus-Schiff-Stil“ im ganzen Hotel ist nobel und romantisch. Restaurant sehr gut, nur leider ab 22h geschlossen. Frühstück-Buffet erstklassig. Zwar sehr dezente Musik im Restaurant, besser wäre gar keine. Autoparkplatz im Haus, günstiger Preis. Personal weit überdurchschnittlich gut. Hotel durchwegs empfehlenswert! ”

Probleme werden schnell gelöst (Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung und der Duschkopf war undicht) Innerhalb von einer halben Stunde wurde ein neuer Duschkopf angebracht. Das Essen war hervorragend (Übernachtung Frühstück gebucht) und die Auswahl am Buffet wahr defintiv ausreichend und wurde kontinuierlich frisch nachgefüllt.
