There was mold in a lot of places and when we asked to have our room made up as we were leaving for the day, it wasn’t done by the time we got back at 6 PM. Our refrigerator had an awful smile coming from it and it took them forever to replace it.”

“1) No person to greet you at check in. Check in was through email. 2) The room was tiny and the cigarette smoke was so heavy in the room that I couldn't breathe and I left. 3) No hand rail on the staircase and the stairs was very noisy 4) Terrible”
