“Property and room was exquisite. Unfortunately we were greeted by a very curt and rude staff member who seemed upset that she needed to wait for us to travel here for the evening on a long weekend. She phoned us 3 times confirming our arrival time. “Property is situated in the centre of town, with plenty of parking. Very well presented and incredibly well appointed. Bed was TERRIBLE! Crazy soft and there was also no aircon in the bedroom. Sleeping a full night was impossible due to the heat created by the dense sheets and lack of cool airflow! Eaking up through the night managing the heat. “Really easy stop for us on our Road Trip. Room was spacious and absolutely perfect for a nightly stop. Pool was good, very warm and perfect for kids and a quick dip. The shower in the room is in desperate need of some bleach on the walls, a bit of black mould forming, apart from that the stay was good and the staff nice enough.”

“It was a good experience. Helpfull staffs and relatively quiet downtown accommodation. Experienced loud music from adjacent rooms during the weekend nights but got stopped by 11:00 pm. The management Seriously need to get rid of that dirty old Sofa in the Matthew living room as it is awful with dirty spots and marks…otherwise it deserve a five star. Will nmot be suitable for elderly folks who will not be able to climb two flight of stairs carrying luggage up and down.”
