“The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the soaking tub. It appeared the room had not been cleaned in sometime. There was hair all over the bathroom, in the shower, around the toilet. There were nail clippings throughout the room, found on the carpet by the bed and other random spots on the carpet. For the price we paid for the room, I was expecting it to be better cleaned.”

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”

“Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town.”

“It is a sprawling property with rooms located in various locales varying in quality. For a conventional hotel room I would recommend a “tower” room. Breakfast is a pretty standard buffet. There is a small guest laundry with two washers. The bar in the atrium is only sometimes serving in the evening, but the small selection of food is pretty good.”

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“We had an issue with our television on Sunday and the person that takes care of that was not in until Monday. The head of Housekeeping came and helped with the problems and fixed it right up fast. All of the staff is friendly and very helpful.”

“A simple hotel with good beds & everything working & pleasant. Clean & well run; prompt housekeeping (touch ups each morning). Great staff who were friendly and helpful with our large family group occupying 8 rooms. A short walk (without crossing roads) to eating spots, nail salon, & a nice grocery store in the same complex.”

“The room we stayed in was ok condition, but the bathroom was in poor repair. The bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside, the toilet flush had to be manually lifted or the toilet "ran" continuously, and there was some strange water damage above the shower that appeared that the housekeeper had tried to fix with some kind of paper towel that was stuck to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom vent grate that we had to look really closely because the shape of the damage made it...

“The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. “Property was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was vast and plenty options that were close to the door . Breakfast could have definitely been better but it was fresh just needed more options. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. Did not see one bug !!”

“Rooms were clean, no coffee pot,not enough towels, was in room for 4 days never got cleaned, smell of weed all the time, always a group of people out side the entrance, people living in there cars in parking lot throwing there trash out, if you wanted clean linens you had to bring your dirty ones down to counter, was there 4 days only seen someone at front desk 2 times.
