Hotel a Milford

“Hotel & property was beautiful & very well maintained. We booked a room on the rainy holiday weekend so the grandkids could swim. They loved the pool & game room that was attached. When it did stop raining for the evening we went out & took a buggy ride, played at the park area & took a long walk. We will definitely stay again.”

“Breakfast didn’t start at 6:00 like stated. We left at 6:15 and breakfast was still not opened. The 4 coffee containers were cold and not heated up at all. Coffee was ice cold. Tried to check out and get a receipt but all there was was a box on the front counter saying out key cards and sleeve in this box to check out. It was a joke.”

“This is definitely a great place. The rooms have been upgraded. The hotel has been upgraded mini new TV. Staff always taken care of me. Beautiful spot on like well. We’ll see if you don’t have the Lakeview. The courtyard view is beautiful lots of trails watch lights just a fun relaxing place.”

“Clean room, friendly staff”

“Breakfast was always cold, staff was ok, didn’t help much with WiFi, pool was down for maintenance, found at least a dozen and a half flying winged ants bed was really comfy, if the window was open you heard people yelling outside, close by town.”

“In 10 days I had the room cleaned only 3 days They said that cleaned was on request I usually use this chain but it was the first time some like this happened”

“It was clean but definitely shows its age. Check in was easy. ”

“There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. The TV in the lounge area did not work which is part of the point of booking a suite so that tv doesn’t disturb travel companions sleep. The front desk was unable to get assistance for the tv so it was never...

“Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). ”

“I read a bunch of the reviews that raved about the breakfast but I just found it to be a very basic continental breakfast. I would grab a banana and after my first two days, there weren't any and the fruit dwindled down for the rest of the week and never refilled. ”
