“good breakfast friendly staff, beds were a little high and a little hard.”

“The tub was disgustingly dirty no toothpaste or soap and all around poor communication from front desk”

“They have 24hr room service (we didn’t use but I thought was nice) the room they gave us when we got there smelled like smoke. Let them know and they moved us no problem. Very nice place and wonderful friendly staff.”

“We checked in and our first room was visibly dirty. I asked for housekeeping to come address the issues and was informed that housekeeping was not available until the following morning. I asked for a new room and was given one, but it was only slightly better than the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. All of the touch points were very dirty and grimy. I discussed with the staff who were apologetic and they did try to fix the specific items I listed. I...

“Breakfast was decent. The hot tub and swimming area was not the best because they had dehumidifiers run in 24 hours a day and overheated the room other than that and overall it was decent”

“The staff was very friendly check in was easy. Upkeep on maintenance was a little on the low side. The room was clean. However, the ran down features, made it seem like the room wasn't as clean as it could be. It was an okay stay. Small selection for breakfast.”
