“Host is very responsive! Everything was great! Access to the beach at the St. Regis was a bonus. The Nortj Shore was amazing! Loved all the beach chairs, camp chairs and snorkeling gear. ”

“ Place was extremely dirty. Layers of dirt, dust and bugs. No WiFi or service available inside. The washer and dryer promised were not available for use. Host was very slow/not responsive. No central AC. Front door lock does not work. Low privacy bc of open glass door with no curtains. Very little amenities provide; few dirty towels. Only pro is location on north shore. For the price at minimum place should be clean. ”

“The host was very attentive and was in constant touch with me on how our stay was and if we needed anything. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our trip. The house was in a gated community so we felt safe and was away from all the hustle and bustle. If we ever do get to come back, I would definitely stay here again!! ”

“Owners should install a digital code lock for the gate. We didn't arrive to the rental till evening and they had a tiny lock on the very bottom of the gate in which you could not see the numbers very well. It was a pain to go in and then come out to go somewhere. The rental unit itself is very cozy and nice. It's just the entering of the property is very difficult if you get there when the sun is down. Other than that everything else is great ”

“Overall, the stay was positive and we enjoyed our time there. The space is small but very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are adequate for what we needed. The location itself is wonderful, located close to the beach and some places we needed to get to during our stay. Our 16 month old had a time of her life running around bare foot in the large house! The host (emma) is very kind, super responsive, and flexible. I wish we had stayed longer. ”
