“I reserved a King Suite Deluxe but was put in a regular King Suite. Not very happy I didn't get what I paid for.”

“This is a lovely hotel. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are several restaurants and retail shops nearby. In addition, the lightrail is a couple of blocks away. I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Seattle.”

“The room was clean and very comfortable. The extra sofa and table and chairs gave us a place to sit and relax and play games. The continental breakfast was the best.”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had ants, which was unacceptable and made the entire experience uncomfortable. The shower was another major issue — there were no instructions on how to operate it, and despite trying everything, I could not get it to work properly. The gym was also poorly maintained, with broken equipment that should have been repaired or removed. “The hotel is dated but still very clean. The breakfast was ok, we made it work but it wasn’t the best. The elevator did not work which was inconvenient. However our stay was pleasant and comfortable.”
