“At first, before I spent any time there, I spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone and she helped me make the room arrangements for my stay. Every other time I called the hotel I spoke with someone I could not understand. He had a very very thick accent. I'm usually pretty good with accents but his was just too thick. Then, I tried to change my arrangements through Expedia. But Expedia said they had to do it through the hotel. So they tried to call, but no one answered. When we finally got a...

“There were bugs in the room. Asked manager to see if they can change it but according to manager they were sold out for that night. It was late so ended up staying there but no other action taken by manager or basic apology.”

“We enjoyed the hot beverage station in the lobby. Our only complaint was that they need to enforce a noise policy for guests who gather in the lobby or upstairs sitting area that is right outside of guests’ rooms. More than a dozen noisy people gathered in the small 2nd floor area which was right outside our door late in the evening until after 10 pm, The area is open to the lobby below, so the front desk attendant was very aware and didn’t do anything about it until we went down to complain....
