It was very below average compared to other Towneplace’s we’ve stayed at - omelettes were rubbery and sausage patties didn’t look edible.”

“The room was relatively clean, except behind the bed. It was as if it had not been clean for a few weeks. Also along side the walls, there was a lot of dust. Other than that it was ok. There was plenty of parking, they have a breakfast buffet with a good selection of items. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The staff was very friendly and the hotel is quite charming with history. Typical of Fairmont hotels. A great hotel for spoiling or treating others. I agree with the over all rating of the other hotel reviews of it. Recommend to stay at if interested in staying at. Just remember it is an old hotel of 1915 and has been updated since then.”

“We had an awesome stay! Valet parking was awesome for only an extra 12$ Can order drinks from the bar downstairs and bring to your room was cool. All the staff from the front desk, to valet to the bar staff were super helpful and very friendly! The bed was so comfortable with lots of soft pillows. Best sleep. We are definitely staying here again :)”

“The beds were clean. The whole hotel had a weird vibe to it. It was almost like it was abandoned, and there was nobody around, big portions of it were closed off, and the lighting was dim security doors didn’t work or lock properly. The whole property seemed kind of unkempt with trash, laying around little balls of dust everywhere garbage in the parking lot. It was like it was rundown and they weren’t able to keep up with it.
