“We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. Kitchen floor was sticky, living area was dark, carpet smelled of smoke & dirty socks with furniture stained. Bathroom had urine splatters. “I would definately write in the description this is a motor lodge, motel...I felt like the photos were not quite accurate. There was no rug on our room #1 and it felt cold and sterile.”

“When we checked in the cabin was dirty. There were cooked tater tots in the oven. Toilets were dirty . Concerns about stairs going to the lake are rotting way. Definitely not safe the hand rail go up the stairs is very lose and the first step going in bad shape aslo. The view from the deck is nice. The dock is definitely wouldn't go on .”
