When Expedia called to ensure the rest of the week reservations, without requesting a refund for the first night, the property cancelled the entire reservation and informed them that I would not receive a refund for the entire week. When I called to personally attempt a remedy, thee staff laughed. I sent an email and received no response. “Older property, not very stained, was more of a lower budget, long term resident situation.”

“Towels were missing and they were dinghy in color , supposed to be white but looked like they hadn’t seen any detergent or bleach for a long time.”
