“We were originally booked at another hotel, that had overbooked their rooms and left us stranded at 11 at night. Expedia was able to help us by rebooking us here at this hotel, and I’m glad they did. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely nice and took us in as a late check in. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, with easy access to the freeway and several restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely book there again during return visits to Atlanta”

“When I checked in, my room was very hot, and the air conditioning was not up to par. The glasses in the room were dirty. I was unable to sleep well all my second night because there was so much noise coming from some type of sports tournament. It was horrible. “I booked through Expedia my total cost was $343.36 I was charged $405.48 then another charge of $443.36 total of over $800 for a two night stay. I have called Embassy Suited and different phone numbers all have given me the run around for better billing. Thid is unprofessional and abuse of billing! ”
