On the drive to hotel I received a message water park and pool was closed. I told them I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund. NO REFUND NO RESPONSE we were going here just for a get away for the kids to literally go swimming and relax that’s all I’ve heard of this happening often at this hotel ...

The hotel was in ok shape. I felt bad for the worker on a busy Sunday morning to be doing breakfast and Front desk all on his own either understaffed or bad scheduling for that reason breakfast was pretty limited but he was trying to do as much as he could.
