“Spice House Hotel. It’s a charming place, styled like an old British bungalow, right across from Coconut Hill in Mirissa. The location is beautiful, with lovely views, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer a great breakfast included in your stay, and the internet is high-speed. Just one key thing to note: they only accept cash payments, even if you booked online through a site like Hotels.com. So be prepared with cash when you leave.”

“The property was gorgeous and tucked away in a quiet area away from the Main Street yet still conveniently located. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. We were sad to leave this place and would come back in a heartbeat.”

“We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again”

“Hotel semplice ma in ottima posizione, basta attraversare la strada per essere nella splendida spiaggia di Mirissa e lontani il giusto per non sentire la musica ed il rumore dei locali notturni. Personale disponibile e possibilità di cenare con dell’ottimo pesce fresco a prezzi inferiori rispetto ai ristoranti in spiaggia. Piscina dal colore un po’ strano, ma non abbiamo scelto l’hotel per stare in piscina! ”

The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better- right on the beach and just a short walk to Coconut Tree Hill, Parrot Rock, and plenty of dining options. We were so impressed by the ocean-view rooms that we upgraded on the spot, and it made our stay even more special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit”
