“Hotel enorme, con una hall e sala colazione che arriva fino al soffitto, temevamo rumore in camera, ma non c'è stato. L'hotel ha bisogno di una rinnovata e qualche cura in più ai dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, salotto, bagno e camera. Colazione invece deludente, tanto che il secondo giorno siamo andati fuori a farla. Anche in questo Hotel vige la politica che la pulizia giornaliera (compresa la sostituzione delle salviette) non viene eseguita se non richiesto espressamente dal...

“Room was clean, Staff was helpful. We had room with one king bed. Maybe I am being too critical but the room was poorly designed. The door to the bathroom had a large opaque glass which faced the bed so if you got up at night to use it you would wake up your spouse with a bright light. Also the toaster did not work at the breakfast, but the food was good 👍. We didn't take advantage of the bar/tapa's area at night but it looked well stocked and friendly.”

“My wife is confined to a wheelchair, I booked and got an accessible room. That said, when in the shower the bench was too far back to use the normal shower so she used the hand held one. The only problem then was that the water went under the shower curtain and wet the rest of the bathroom floor and the body wash and shampoo was the out of reach, so I had to put some in my hand and transferred over to her. Only little things, but to a disabled person it’s a lot. Please rectify urgently.”
