VERY OLD BEDS - oh my aching back.

I have actually never written a hotel review....but .......If you value your back, choose another hotel! I can honestly say that the beds in our room were the most lumpy and worn out beds I've EVER seen in a hotel room. I've most definitely slept in way more comfortable at other Missoula hotels.
For the price we paid for 1 night, the quality of these beds was genuinely unacceptable!!!!
I attached photos of the pull-out sofa mattress....even my very resilient children complained of hurting backs. There are incredible pull-out sofa beds these days...this things was old, thin, and dirty.
I also attached photos of the queen bed with the bedding & mattress cover off except for one tautly pulled thin blanket on to try to aptly capture the roller coaster dips in the lighting. The manufactured date tag for this mattress is 2008.
Management should have there eye on mattress quality and have rotated these out long ago. I challenge management to cuddle up for a cozy stay in both of these beds and tell me whether they think this truly up to par. (and by all means you'll need to have 2 in the bed so you can get the full affect dips and valley feel)
And yes! I did share this with the AM supervisor. He apologized and said he'd pass on my concern to management...I assume they didn't give a hoot since no one contacted me...even though my reservation information was on file. I should've been offered a full refund!
