“Hotel coloratissimo e particolare. Si trova in una zona della città piena di ristoranti e molto gradevole e sicura la sera. La fermata del tram è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel e consente di spostarsi facilmente in altre zone di Portland. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio comodo. ”

“Very friendly staff, the building has character and clearly has love in its design. Minor notes of age (rust on the shower’s shampoo bottle nozzle for example), but would happily stay again.”

“Breakfast was a bit gross. The valet was under staffed and therefore took longer then expected to get vehicle. There is only Valet!! If you leave before 6:00 there is no valet and no one mentioned that. Friday night is seems that a bunch of frat boys decided to rent rooms and made it quite uncomfortable leaving the hotel!! There’s a daily charge of $30, which I didn’t really find useful. The cleaning staff doesn’t put trash bags in the trash cans; which was really annoying. They only...

“Staff were really supportive and wonderful. We found a couple little issues with our room and they made a note of it, and offered us another room. We declined as we were already all setup in our original room. And the issues were very very minor. But wonderful customer service. The T.V. would not stay on and keep acting up, but since i was not there to watch the T.V. it wae nit an issue. ”

“Right now, they are doing some renovations, so things are probably not quite up to par. The breakfast was not bad. Part of the resort fee was applied and we also received two cocktail vouchers instead of a bottle of wine, which we used for appropriately sized breakfast bloody mary and an mimosa. We split the Heathman breakfast which was plenty for us to enjoy, since we are not big breakfast eaters. They asked how we liked our eggs (over easy), but they came out omlette style, so slight...

“This is a hostel with private rooms. I might have missed that while booking, but don’t think it was clearly labeled. It’s a nice place and good location if you’re going to the convention or Moda center, but just know what you’re booking. ”
