“I was surprised when the hotel staff told us that the evening tea they offer wasn't available to us because we booked through Expedia. We paid the full price, whether directly or indirectly, so the facilities should be the same for everyone. Unfortunately, they refused to provide it, and they also denied us complimentary access to the steam room. Overall, they didn’t seem to prioritize guest satisfaction.”

“Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.”

“Had a great vacation at this resort with my family. The service was amazing. The staff was very helpful and served us well, especially at the dining hall. The food was really good, served hot, right amount of spice and a good variety on the menu. The only suggestion, would be to include more sweet dishes. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a good variety of north and south indian options. The archery and gun shooting activity was a nice touch, although not very well maintained it was a fun...

“Sunrise cottage is a fantastic find. On a busy road, it is a quiet Haven with views of the mountains and the passing toy train. It's very clean and well maintained for an older property. The staff were always very helpful, especially the desk manager., Noks.”

“The activities coordinator/manager is a creep. We went for new years. His name is Ranjit. Girls, please beware. He was drunk and kept telling me to go into the woods with him to collect wood. I said no and he tried to hold my hand. Thankfully, I ran away before things got any worse. The next day we tried to find his supervisor to complain but he was nowhere in sight.”
