“At check in I have been asked to pay for my room whereas it had already paid for. In rush I did pay, trusting the agent. After checking my bank accoubt that indeed the room was paid for, I went back to the agent asking for the refund. 5 days later I still have not received anything. The food at the restaurant is terrible and the rooms were far too hot.”

“Theres no air conditioning only ventilation I think the hotel in winter period will be nicer than summer time ”
