“Absolutely appalled by our stay at Nightcap in Nowra. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The biggest issue was the complete lack of reliable hot water for the entire stay. Three separate incidents of freezing cold showers over multiple days and clearly nobody cared enough to fix the issue. We reported this each time we couldn't access warm water and each time our concerns went unassisted. The facilities advertised online were also completely misleading. The...

“The owner was very supportive when Expedia completely stuffed up my reservation! I was told I came the week before! Luckily the owner was kind and understanding to let me use the only available room, which was very nice. Roomy, comfy, all you needed. Wifi was no good so hot spot. Convenient location near shops. Quiet at night I will never use Expedia again. But Bay and Basin was value for money.”

“Aside from a short black out due to the council's poorly maintained infrastructure, the stay was delightful. Although, when requesting another towel it would have been nice to have not been met with quite strong resistance from one of the staff in the park. But aside from that the location was amazing, the view supreme and the accommodation delightful and comfortable.”
