“コンドミニアムタイプのお部屋を利用しました。室内は清潔感があり清掃も行き届いていました。ベットやバスタオル、食器類も良いものを使用しておりコンドミニアムとしては大満足でした。しかし、経年の外観、エレベーター等は少し怖かったです。 それと旅行前の質問などに即対応してくれるのがとてもよかったです。ゴルフ旅でまた利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。”

“The royal orchid, one hotel has always been my go to hotel when visiting Guam. I have noticed over the years that the hotel is that a rundown state. Upon check in I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming staff. Very kind and professional. We checked into our 1st room (#636) as we started to settle in I saw a small roach on the floor and killed. When I opened the refrigerator to place beverages multiple roaches of various sizes came out of the cabinet the refrigerator was in. I immediately...

“The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. ”

“すべてが完璧でした！朝食は今までのホテル朝食の中で一番良かったです。日本食からローストビーフ、ハーゲンダッツのアイスまであります。7時に行きましたが、空いていました。 部屋も素晴らしいですが、なぜかトイレがすりガラス、シャワーは丸見え、シャワー室の横に浴槽なので、友達同士や家族でもかなり気まずいです。 プールが２３時までやっているので、星も見えてとても素敵でした。昼と夜両方入りましたが、どちらもいいです。 日航のプールにいけば、海もすぐですし、スライダーもてまきます。海用に、うきわやマリンシューズの貸し出しも無料でやっています。 ツバキタワーで一点だけ改善してほしいのは、プールから客室に行くまでぬれた状態で戻りますが、空調がかなり強めなので、めちゃくちゃ寒かったです。プールのところに更衣室を作ったり、廊下の空調を弱めにするといいと思います。 また泊まりたい素敵なホテルでした！”
