“A clean room and friendly staff are the two things I want from an economy hotel, and White Oaks was excellent with both. The front desk staff was very nice on check in - quick, pointed us to our room, told us about local food options - and the room was already air-conditioned during a heat wave. Staff remade beds and replaced soaps daily. The room was down to the "details". Very satisfied with my stay and would go again if I was in the area.”

“King bed was comfortable, smoke detectors blinking light is bothersome in the middle of the night, an odd buzz or beeping sound coming from outside of our room. Otherwise close to highway, good location for a quick bite, and overall clean.”

“Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor.”

“Arrived after a horrendous journey of over 12 hours, during which an international flight from Germany was diverted twice and landed in PHL. Check-in staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Offered water and a suggestion for a place to get dinner. Also, let me know if I don't need an Uber for the next morning since the hotel has a free airport shuttle that runs from 3:30 am. “The Smokey casino entry was such a turnoff. It’s the first impression upon entry. As a woman, you never want to leave your hotel for a lovely night out smelling like a pack of cigs—especially for non-smokers that left that nasty habit in the 90s.
