“The direct TV channels that the average person would watch were not available. Only one local channel, a bunch of reality shows that only an idiot would watch. Thank goodness I had a book to read in the evening. They need to renew their contract. The bathroom shower floor was very slick so had to use a towel to keep from slipping, also no grab bars.”

“This hotel is SO CUTE! The staff was super nice, very helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a nice view of the sunset. We only stayed one night, as we were passing through, so we didn’t use any amenitie. We would definitely stay there again. The lobby and staircase were so beautiful!”

“The staff was exceptionally helpful. They offered information about dining nearby. The one major frustration was the door for the North parking lot was not working properly. I inquired from the staff about it and they were aware of the issues with it not unlocking appropriately.”

All'arrivo troviamo alla reception un uomo che ci consegna le chiavi della camera parlandoci così velocemente che non abbiamo capito nulla. All'apertura della camera restiamo tutti a bocca aperta; ma la camera è stata fatta oppure no??...ci domandiamo!!! Troviamo i cuscini fuori posto e le lenzuola tutte stropicciate. L'impressione è stata proprio che le lenzuola e i cuscini non fossero stati cambiati. Guardiamo per curiosità...

“Parking is a huge issue. It is so tight and small and no designated parking. Which means always that they don't have enough parking. There are 3 buildings and we have to park and then lug our luggage to our building. The room smelled really bad. Like Pet pee. That is not acceptable. The place is really run down and I only booked because it had the Wyndham group association. Else I wouldn't have booked. It just doesn't meet that standard.”

“Hotel located near busy street ( will be sure to take note of that on future bookings) , walls/ windows very thin, heard cars racing up and down the street all night. Uncomfortable bed, not a very clean room, one towel for 2 people🙁 , door wouldn’t shut tight even if you slammed it shut, 2 out of the 3 outlets didn’t work, won’t be back”

“Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We found the facility to be clean, efficient, safe, modern, with nice amenities (pool, exercise room etc.), and it is a great value. Everyone that we interacted with was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very nice: well stocked, bright, clean, and with plenty of fresh and tasty foods. The staff at this hotel were friendly, courteous and efficient. We enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to Kalispell and Flathead Lake.”
