“The staff was disrespectful as they called at 9:00 AM, reminding me about checkout. I don't understand what kind of awareness that is if they call you before checkout time. I understand if it's after 12:00 PM, but I have never experienced anything like this with other hotels.”

“فندق قريب من المسجد جداً، ومشرف المدخل Mr. Nizam Al-Din إنسان عظيم وصاحب خبرة في التعامل. إذا طلبت منه شيئاً يوفره في أقرب وقت، ودائماً ما شاء الله اللهم بارك يسأل إن كان هناك أي تقصير من الفندق. ما شاء الله حكيم في خبرته وتعاملاته. أنا ضيف بريطاني والحمد لله مثقف ومتعلم وأفهم في الأشياء، وأقول للفندق: طالما هذا المشرف موجود إن شاء الله فندقكم سيكون من أفضل الفنادق في حي النسيم. هذا الكلام ليس مجاملة بل هو قليل في حقه. أما بالنسبة للاستقبال صراحة ما ارتحت لهم كثير، ولم أشعر بذاك الترحيب...
