“We arrived late at night due to unforeseen circumstances and had a difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office and it was closed, so we had to knock on the door until someone came. They seemed very annoyed, but told us that our key was already in our room and the room was unlocked. We didn’t love that the room was accessible to anyone before we got there. The place itself was good. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of cookies. No frills place but it got the job done...

“Check-in was a breeze. The receptionist was very friendly. Room was relatively clean upon entering, though it smelled a little of bacon grease, I had to air out the room, which was simple to do as there are windows that are easily accessible on the patio door. The washer/dryer inside the unit was very convenient as well the kitchen stove and microwave.
