“La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica di Playa Blanca da dove si può facilmente raggiungere piedi sia il centro che Playa Flamingo. Piccolo centro commerciale subito fuori il cancello del residence. Piscina bella condivisa con altre 2 villette di proprietà della famiglia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pascual è un host sempre presente ma non invadente. Disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Grazie”

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus, die Kinder haben den großen beheizten Pool geliebt, und auch der Whirlpool war ein großes plus. Das Haus ist insgesamt wirklich sehr großzügig geschnitten, auch der Außenbereich ist wirklich toll.”

“We stayed recently for a week and had an amazing time. The property is as described, clean, well appointed and very spacious. 2 minutes walk to several restaurants and a supermarket, 30 seconds walk to the cliffs overlooking the sea and just an 8 minutes drive to Playa Blanca and beautiful beaches. Check in was smooth and easy. We would definitely return, the pool was heated and clean, and the owner was friendly and easy to get hold of. Highly recommended”

“Amazing location with the beach less than 5 minutes away, shops and restaurants are also easy to get to and offer a lot of choices at reasonable prices. Plenty of space for the whole family, good sized rooms with comfy beds and lots of bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen with treats left in the fridge. Large TV with Netflix and Prime and good WiFi. The terrace upstairs offers the perfect spot to sunbathe or watch the sun go down and the loungers round the pool are great for afternoon...

“Anyone looking for a holiday villa in the area will not be disappointed with Villa Fin. It was clean, spacious and had good amenities.....the pool with slide was great fun for both adults and kids alike. Further to this, the owner of the property answered all our questions prior to flying out and the local Property Manager was extremely helpful. We had an amazing time staying here and would defiantly rebook if returning to Caleta de Fuste.”

“Nous avons passé un sejour exceptionnel dans la maison de Walter qui est tres bien équipée (rien ne manque) et d un super confort pour notre famille La literie est tres bonne, la piscine est chauffée, l emplacement est proche des plages et commodités. nous sommes venus en avril et le temp est magnifique sans trop de monde sur les routes et les plages. je recommande et espere pouvoir y retourner 😄”

“My husband, I and our 2 daughters (12 & 9) stayed at the villa for 3 nights April 2024. Having the pool was fantastic. The Villa has everything you need and shops, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. Playa Blanca was only around a 10 minute drive. “La villa è bella e confortevole, anche se necessita di un pò di manutenzione. Ottima la piscina riscaldata e molto pulita. La vicinanza alla spiaggia (25 metri) è relativa poichè non esiste spiaggia ma soltanto pietre vulcaniche. La vista mare si ha solo dal terrazzo superiore, che peraltro non è attrezzato e dove esistono solo 2 lettini in pessime condizioni. I 4 lettini a livello piscina sono invece ben tenuti. In cucina alcuni utensili presentano segni di ruggine, in particolare il bollitore...

“Having stayed in a few villas in this area this one was the best we've been in. There was a problem on arrival but our villa manager (Suzanne) leapt into action and resolved it, which is the best recommendation that one can possibly give. We had a wonderful holiday and will no doubt return.”
