“The hotel was very clean and property well maintained. In a great area for restaurants and one is within walking distance. Also easily accessible to the expressway. Breakfast was good. Staff was ok, I had to repeat myself on check in because the young lady was on the phone while checking me in. Next day checked me out long before checkout time and I was locked out of my room. Went to get key redone and still wouldn’t work. If I didn’t come down to be checked out, don’t automatically check me out...

“I arrived and couldn’t get a parking spot although I paid for parking. I was told there was parking under ground which looked like a place you dump trash. There were no cars parked there so I spend minutes driving around looking for parking. On top of that there was homeless roaming around. I did not feel safe.”
