“Our schedule didn't permit us to stay for the breakfast, but it looked like it would be nice. The parking was directly outside our door, so that was really handy.”

“I checked in past midnight, and the hotel was able to accommodate my late arrival without any issues. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, they even helped me find a wonderful Italian restaurant for dinner on my second night. The rooms were cozy, and comfortable, the bathrooms were also very clean. Breakfast was also good. Overall, the staff really made the stay feel welcoming, and I would definitely stay here again.”

Sono riuscita a fare il check in automatico solo perchè sono arrivata presso la struttura prima delle ore 16.00 e ho trovato una dipendente che mi ha dato i dati per l'ingresso. Mi è sembrato di capire che fosse necessario avere un telefono con numero americano per poter ricevere il messaggio per accedere. Questo non era specificato al momento della prenotazione. “nice clean room with a large updated bathroom. Property is right on the lake- perfect to sit and relax or walk around. there is a bar on premises next to the lovely restaurant and there is a bar on the lake just a short walk from the property. close to all the wineries, Watkins glen and breweries. A great weekend escape.”

“The worst hotel i have ever been to and Im from New Jersey!!! First off neither the property or the room looked anything like the pictures I saw when booking. The person running the front desk was difficult to understand. Then when we pulled around back to our room, thats when it got scary. It looked like everyone that was outside lived there. “Breakfast was okay. The front desk clerk was also the person taking care of the breakfast room. So maybe they are a little short staffed. The mattress was horrible for me. I can’t see myself staying here again because of this.”

“The outside of the property needs some attention and the screen window in my room had some large tears in the mesh. ”

“The good Great location, very close to the waterfall. The bad There was no internet access on the first evening of my stay. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The Expedia listing advertised “breakfast included,” but in reality only a very limited complimentary breakfast was offered. A full breakfast was available for purchase, and we ended up paying an additional $40 for two people”

“the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, there was a sitting place for my wife to curl her hair with a nice mirror outside of the bathroom so that i could get ready at the same time. very thoughtful and convenient. did not get a chance to try the breakfast but it was included. free parking and they have an EV charger also.”

“The hotel is getting a lot of work in the hallways so it was pretty messy. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Bath nozzle was very loose and falling off the wall. Shower was very hot the first day but not hot the second day.”
