“The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. ”

“Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. ”

“Had a back ache after sleeping there and saw and insect crawling on the bed. They just had soap no shampoo or conditkoner”

“Friendly staff, clean room, kitchen had an oven. Our heater stoped working, we called the front desk and we had staff in our room withing 10 minutes and it was resolved quickly. ”

“The room was spotlessly clean and cozy. The amenities were all well maintained and easily accessible by room key. The staff was attentive and kind, well informed about the area.”

“Several issues with my stay. I traveled for work for :20 years before I retired and this was by far my worst stay anywhere. They lied to me before I arrived by telling me the pool was open when I called before booking. The pool had been closed by the city because of as permit issue.
