Only suggestion for improvement I had was maybe making it super clear in listing that this is a split unit with an upstairs unit and downstairs. So if looking for something more secluded then maybe look elsewhere. But the other side to that is this being the perfect place for 2 families/friend groups to book at the same time as there is a staircase that conveniently leads to both...
