Hotel vicino a Moody Gardens - Galveston

“Ottimo hotel, fronte mare. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Buona l'offerta per la colazione, la struttura si presenta curata e ben tenuta, idromassaggio super! Ci tornerei sicuramente.”

“Not clean. Had oily residue on counters and headrest. Breakfast not good at all , no staff help. Not too much seating for Breakfast staff amazing very friendly, smile on their faces. just hotel needs work in improving cleanliness(elevator also dirty). Overall not worth what I paid.”

“Beach is right across the street so, that was great! However, if you have kids and a wagon loaded with beach stuff, it’s not an easy task getting it down the stairs..there is no ramp…hotel is clean overall, staff was super friendly and accommodating! The room is very clean. Lots of breakfast items to choose from!”

“Love the underneath parking situation with easy elevator access. Room was spacious, was initially disappointed to not have an ocean view, but the nice balcony looking over the marsh (for now) has a lovely sunset view.”

“I have been staying at this property for 30 years and it only gets better each year. Excellent restaurants, shopping and relaxing!”

“When we arrived there was no one at the desk for 10-15min. The gentleman came back and was not very friendly. The closest door in our room was broken. We could not open it to take out the iron. I had to go downstairs to have the receptionist walk me to another room to take out iron and ironing board. When we went to dinner and came back there was absolutely no parking. We along with many others had to park in the fire lane. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We would not rent here...

“Front desk staff was helpful when the tv in our room didn’t work. The first room they put us in had mold on the ceiling in the room and bathroom, and the frame of the door to the adjoining room was filthy. We were next to the elevator at first so we were constantly woken up by late-night partiers coming in from the bars and yelling into the very echo-y hallway. When they moved us to another room with a working tv, it was much quieter, though the walls are super thin, so you could hear and pick a...

“I liked how friendly and nice the staff was. I didn’t like that one of the eyes on my stove in the kitchen area wasn’t working. I didn’t like that the tub was dirty I had to re clean it I didn’t like that it wasn’t as peaceful or quiet as I’d liked it to be”
