“We were placed in a room that should have been out of service for maintenance. The bathroom door was only attached by two hinges, there was hair on the bathroom wall, and a tile was missing. The TV was also not connected to the internet and could not be used. When we contacted the front desk, we were told these were known maintenance issues and that maintenance would not be available until Tuesday, even though we checked in on Sunday. Wasn’t informed about lots of the amenities or breakfast hours at check in so figured there was something listed in the room. May stay at other hotels close by next time”

“Clean property! Our place was perfect for the family. It was nice having a full kitchen so we could cook and lots of shopping nearby. Pools were great. The kids enjoyed the waterside especially, as well as the arcade/ game rooms. I enjoyed the gym amenities.... equipmemt was much more than most hotel type places. It was convenient having everything in one place. ”
