“We had an amazing stay”

“Check in was quick. Room was clean, my husband took his shower while I was taking my shower I hear my husband on the phone saying the TV was broken. We were move to another room everything was fine until the next morning. I flushed the toilet and it was backed up. Fortunately we were checking out.”

“I was very disappointed that this location was closed due to damages. Instead of reaching out and notifying me they didn’t. They say if my reservation I got to the location just to find they were closed and I was not able to get my rewards back that I used towards the room.”

“No breakfast is available, the towels are good for one bathe, but value off its location you can bypass amenities ”

“No pool, but everything in the room worked microwave, fridge, tv looks the the rooms were updated rooms are large staff was very friendly. Smoking rooms available.i was able to park my semi truck there. When in the area I will stay again”

“The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. ”

“It says it’s renovated but it’s not pillows are dirty and bath towels stained , no shampoo in dispenser , front desk man very rude . Easy parking close to everything. ”

“You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!”

“Pool- joke! Half full of green murky water and the grass is grown up all around. The rooms are not well maintained, dingy overall. No breakfast! The sign out front said Smart Stay Inn NOT anything Wyndham would put their name on. 10/10 would NOT recommend!”

“the hotel was so dirty, at the registration they ask you if you smoke, then them said if they caught you smoking the will give a penalty charge, but when you enter into the room smell like a smoke shop, then the people around the hotel yell to much ”

“ The bathroom drain was clogged with hair, and I had to clear it out myself... There wasn't a drop of shower gel or shampoo—absolutely none. The toilet wouldn't flush either, and the TV kept asking me to connect to the internet, so I couldn't watch it... ”
