“Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating.”

“The waterpark area smells horrible!!! There was a pungent smell of mold leading up to the waterpark. The bottom of the wall behind the siding by the hot tub was exposed showing lots of green and black mold. On top of that I busted my ankle on a piece broken hanging from under a bed and when I told them and showed them pictures they didn't care at all or even address it. My coffee maker had so much caked up dirt inside of it they had to bring me a new one. There were pretzels on the floor out in...
