“Could I give less than zero stars? We did not receive the code for a/the-room at all, until hours after I called the owners number and left a message as the motel does not have a staff or an office! After a hour sitting in the parking lot trying to get help, we left. Wish it would be listed on the Expedia site that the motel is not manned at all. I also texted the owner with no reply. Called Expedia customer service.. what a joke. All they wanted us to do was sign up for a gift card...

“The clerk was very accommodating and friendly however, when we walked into our room, the bed had not been made which I would have done, except there were no sheets, just the bedspread, blanket and pillows, so the clerk just gave us a another room”

“My granddaughter and I enjoyed a nice stay at the Best Western. This is our second time staying at this hotel in Mackinaw. It’s always clean, breakfast is great and is close to all the downtown shopping, which is within walking distance.”

“The view was beautiful. The rooms were clean. It’s just the staff that needed help. They seemed very disorganized. When we checked out, we took the ferry. They explained they would deliver our bags for us. Which they did, but they were marked for St Ignes and not our actual destination- Mackinac city. My husband and I both were very clear on Mackinac city as they asked twice. But they still sent them to the wrong destination. One of the bags that they delivered they tied so tight with a knot...
