“The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is.”

“Our stay at the Greenhouse Villa was perfect to say the least. The house was incredible, beautifully decorated, exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of seven. The grounds were gorgeous with so much family history. Paolina was the perfect host, she helped us plan a pizza party on the property along with her very own gelato quiz. It was the perfect evening. “The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! “The layout of the house was excellent for 2 families with stunning views over the lake. Sitting on the balcony was peaceful and quiet with easy access from the garden straight onto the lake. It is also well equipped with everything you would need. We would like to return.”

“Die Fotos sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Ausblicke auf einen See haben wir nicht gehabt...! Man hat auch nicht das große Grundstück für sich alleine. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen.
