“Fun theme/design details. And extremely conveniently located. Very nice and helpful staff! We were grateful for the parking garage as it was raining off and on, and also to be able to enjoy a glass of wine in the bar while waiting (for the rain to stop) to walk to dinner.”

“This was the worst stay I’ve had at this hotel. I prepaid weeks in advance for a king bed room. When I checked in they would only give me a queen bed room. The biggest problem was that even though I prepaid, I was charged TWICE for the room upon check in and check out. The reimbursement took over a week to credit to my account. If I had not been checking my bank account, those two extra payments would’ve never been corrected. The staff only said that it was a new system. There was no offer...

“Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!”

“The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of renovation, walls and corners in bathrooms were unclean, carpet and sofa unpleasant. Bed linens were good and the location was perfect for our trip so we continued with our stay, plus the front desk staff were awesome.”

“Our room was very clean. Especially impressed with clean, vacuumed hallways. Breakfast was very good. Even with two bus loads of passengers eating Sat morning, there was still plenty of food available. One night I wanted coffee & the front desk guy made a fresh pot!”
