“Lovely clean bright flat with excellent amenities, was great to have a washer dryer.Clean bright rooms, lovely large bathroom.It is up fairly steep staircase to get to the rooms and 3 steep steps to kitchen so not suitable if you had mobility issues.Beds lovely and big and comfortable ”

“Absolutely perfect in every way. Cannot praise this accomodation enough. We had two wonderful weeks here in Amble. Friendly and vibrant area. Lots to see and do. The bungalow was pristine. So warm and inviting with everything you need. Comfortable beds,super hot shower and a bath if you prefer. Garden was very private and secure.I just cannot fault this place and will be back as soon as we can. “Lovely stay in Amble at Jo’s property. The house was fab much bigger than it looks and great distance to lovely walks along the shore and round harbour and marina .Easy parking at house . Lots of nice places to eat nearby too. A great base to see more of the area too. We all had a great time. Would highly recommend”

“The Lilac Cottage is a beautiful, pristine,cleverly decorated home with a lovely garden. Comfortable beds, lots of books, washer/dryer, clothes drying rack and every appliance has a manual or instructions how to use it. 2 full bathrooms allowed our family of 4 to get ready quickly. The Millennium Garden is right next door. So peaceful. Convenient location, walk to everything.”

“Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on.”

“Flat was spacious, but dated, and is located in an undesirable area. Cleanliness was generally okay but decor etc could do with upgrading and flat may benefit from being aired regularly. We got the impression that it had been a while since the windows had been opened.”
