“The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The Japanese-made air conditioner was high-performance and easy to use. The only negative point was that the Wi-Fi connected, yet it showed ' Wi-Fi not connected to the internet' from the 2nd day. That was a little inconvenient. ”

“Staff very friendly! Craig and Sunny were amazing! Great food, the cheese garlic toasties were my fav ☺️ great walking distance for Matamata info center for Hobbiton tour. Got back late and felt safe walking back in the dark.”

“L'hotel si trova in pieno centro a Hamilton vicino alla " movida" che termina molto presto. Camera indubbiamente datata ma molto ampia e confortevole Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ”

“Absolutely fantastic! Loved the size of this room and the fact that there was ample parking. Staff were the epitome of hospitality, so friendly and welcoming! Bed was wonderful! Two things I really enjoyed was the cold water in the fridge and the chocolate that was there upon arrival 😀”

“Loved everything about our stay. Great location, hospitable owners, beautiful grounds, cute chickens. Clean room and comfy bed, not en-suite but private bathroom for every room, hot shower with very good shower pressure, lovely common kitchen and lounge areas. Would have stayed longer had we could! ”
