“The washer and dryer Ms were broken we had laundry we need done after traveling 1 roll of toliet paper for 2 adults? We never got our room cleaned on 2 nd day”

“After our first hotel booking flopped, we booked with Hampton Inn for a reasonable cost. Bad thing is we did not double check the address so we went to a different one! Thankfully the correct one is not that far. We got in, parked in front, receptionist was nice. Fast check in. We checked the pool and it has a hot tub too. “This hotel is fairly new, and seems very clean. Staff was nice, and property well maintained. HOWEVER, my primary reason to be at Woodspring was to sleep, and that was difficult . The noise from the highway was incredibly LOUD. It sounded like I was laying on the shoulder of I-70. There was also no blackout curtain, so when morning came, the sun lit the room up right through the blinds. The beds were comfortable, and I did get some decent sleep between about 1:00AM and 6:00AM when the traffic...

“I was not able to stay at the facility. I prepaid for the night and told the the hotel that there would be no occupancy. I was told to call back and speak to manager . When I called back I was told to call the next morning (7am) to speak to a manager. He said that it was too late to refund due to calling the next day. I am still owed 110.00”

“I was placed in a pretty nice suite. Unfortunately kids running the hallways until late. Outside not very well maintained. Not expecting a 5 star but they could do a better job. Price is very reasonable but I most likely won’t stay there again.”

“Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular.”

“Good, older hotel. We stayed there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. We had to go ask for clean towels and coffee. The free breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. Convenient location.”
