“The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. “Property was between two abandoned buildings and the highway. Did not feel safe or secure at all. Shower didn’t work and the lighting was dim. Part of our group got stuck in an elevator and doors had to be prayed open and kids lifted out between floors.”

“The hotel had a large group that cooked their own food and you can smell it throughout the hallways. Due to the large group, we were on the 14th floor and continuously had to take the stairs to get down due to the elevator being used. The room was very clean and the bartender was probably the nicest thing about the whole hotel bartender Ky was the only reason we didn’t feel the need to complain as he was very tentative easy to talk to and represent it this actual location well.
